Terms & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges or allow returns once the product has been delivered.

Please note that colours will appear different on the screens. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. xabikarballoons.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

If you need to cancel a service, the cancellation request must be made by email only. Refunds will be made within 14 days from the time of the request. Refunds will be considered as follows:

Globos Xabikar only refunds money if the cancellation of the order is made within 24 hours of payment, but we also know that in life not everything is rosy and that along the way many things can happen, so we accept the cancellation of your order up to 96 hours before the delivery date and we will refund your money in full in a voucher that will be valid for 1 year, if the cancellation is made after that time we will give you a voucher for 60% of your money back and if you cancel 48 hours before delivery we will not be able to give you a voucher because by then we will have made the balloon arrangement in full and it will be ready to be delivered.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your hire order up to 48 hours before the scheduled hire day will incur a 20% Cancellation Fee. Cancellation of your order within 48 hours of the hire day will incur a 50% Cancellation Fee.
