The company Xabikar Balloons wishes to perform in good conditions the services provided for your balloon arrangement or decoration of your event.
For the efficient execution of our services, please find below our terms and conditions:
Our Balloon Bouquets must be ordered at least three days in advance; overnight orders must confirm availability. Call or text 0480292120.
Xabikar Balloons only accepts orders with a minimum of 3 days in advance, if you make any payment and delivery must be made before that time is under the responsibility of the customer that we can make the delivery or not the day the customer needs it or we will refund your money within 14 working days…
We do not have a specific delivery time. You must choose whether you want the morning shift 6am (Point Cook and Seabrook area only) or the afternoon shift from 4pm to 6pm on weekdays and weekends from 9am to 12pm. We cannot give an estimated time of delivery, it would be at the corresponding time you choose. (If you wish to provide relevant delivery information, please let me know so we can make an arrangement) e.g. you are at work until 7:00pm, if the time slot is available, delivery will be made.
We offer delivery to all of Melbourne. If you area of residence is not in our delivery zone please send us a message with your address so that we can inform you of the delivery price. Free pick up also available al Point Cook 3030.
You must indicate the exact address with postcode, house or flat number, building name and neighbourhood for deliveries. If possible attach the location with all the above mentioned data. If you send the wrong address, there will be an additional shipping charge.
If you choose to pick up the bouquet or decoration at our delivery point, please note that our products are large and delicate. A suitable and unoccupied vehicle is required to move it. We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which your bouquet or decoration may arrive.
Helium gas is not flammable. Please note that when helium balloons are placed in front of air conditioning, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons automatically deflate. This is a natural process. Avoid placing it in front of or underneath the air conditioner.
Balloons are precious and should be handled with care. They do not like to get too hot or too cold. When balloons are placed directly in the sun, the latex or metallic material boils and explodes, so we recommend keeping them at room temperature (between 22 and 27 degrees)
Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car, as the heat and steam can deflate or explode them.
Helium latex balloons last between 24 and 48 hours, microfoil balloons last 7 to 15 days with helium gas, depending on weather conditions or use.
When balloons deflate or burst, they must be discarded. Keep waste out of the reach of children and pets, as it may cause harm.
Our work is all handmade. When disposing of your balloon decoration, remember that it may contain water weights and should be carefully disassembled to avoid water hazards.
Aluminium microballoons can transmit electricity. Avoid dropping them or bringing them close to power lines.
You should indicate if the person to be surprised is allergic to latex to avoid the decoration material.
If you move the decoration from one place to another, it is your responsibility.
The client must provide all the corresponding information to elaborate his decoration or Bouquet, colours, design, personalised balloons, age, name and reason (birthday, love, baptism, communion, happy day).
We will upload photos of the client and their decoration or bouquet to our social networks or website. If you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client; however, we will publish our work (only our decoration, only our bouquet).
We make all balloons in advance to make sure they are flawless. Once you have picked them up or received them, check the balloons immediately. Once the balloons leave our care, they are no longer our responsibility.
We are in no way responsible for any damage or loss to the products after delivery.
In case of postponement of delivery, availability will be checked to schedule a new date.
