How far in advance should I book my balloon arrangement?
I would prefer a week in advance, but the longer the better, that way if we have to make a change to your decoration for another reason or type of balloons and we don’t have them in stock we can order them for you from our local distributors and that takes time…
Where in Melbourne are you located?
We are located in Saltwater, Point Cook… 3030.
Where and when do you deliver?
We offer delivery throughout Melbourne Monday to Sunday for an additional cost. Free pick up also available at Point Cook, 3030.
Is shipping included in the price of the product?
No, the shipping fee is an additional cost that varies depending on each order. The price is determined by location, access, items and event schedules.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Event dates and set-up times are booked first, first come, first served. To avoid the disappointment of not having your event date or items available, we suggest that you contact us once you have secured your spot. For Balloon Bouquet and Balloon Bunch, we recommend at least 72 hours prior to the day of delivery.
Are your balloons biodegradable? or recyclable? FAQ
Yes! We follow a strict code of conduct to ensure minimal impact on the environment. We are committed to educating about the responsible use and disposal of balloons. Our latex balloons are made from natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. By staying environmentally conscious, we help preserve the planet while using balloons to make people’s decorating dreams come true.
Ar you Balloons recyclable?
The Foil balloons, on the other hand, are made of artificial materials. They are not biodegradable, so we recommend that you try to reuse foil balloons as much as possible. Here is a useful video on how to do this, click here
How long do balloons last?
INDOOR: many air-filled balloon designs can last for weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space and Xabikar Balloons delivers all their balloon arrangements with HI-SHINE glitter to ensure that their oxidation time is much slower so that you can enjoy your decoration for much longer.
OUTDOOR: we cannot guarantee that the balloons will last a specific amount of time when used outdoors. Sun, heat, wind, rain, etc. all affect the lifespan of the balloons.
Can you organise a balloon release for us? (FAQ)
Balloon releases are another form of littering and Xabikar Balloons is working hard to educate all our customers that this type of behaviour is harmful to us all. For this reason we do not sell balloons without weights. All helium balloons that leave our shop must have a weight and each balloon separately is tied to the same weight to avoid that if by accident one of the strings breaks, all the balloons do not go flying through the air.
My son has a birthday tomorrow, can you make an arrangement?
Because of the dedication and care we take in our work we need at least 3 days to make any of our Balloon Bouquets, but if the client has no problem with us making a simple Balloon Bunch arrangement we could make the exception of making an overnight arrangement.
